AutoGK can be used to convert DVD to AVI.If you select VTS_01_0.IFO it will load all relevant VOB files and allow you to select any subtitle that exist.Alternately, you can also select the first VOB of the title (usually, not always VTS_01_1.VOB) but the subtitles will not be shown or selectable.Elect a custom size for the output.
